- Aplikasi tidak bisa dibuka / crash — pastikan Anda menggunakan versi terbaru dari App Store / Play Store, lalu coba pasang ulang.
- Lupa kata sandi — gunakan opsi “Lupa Kata Sandi” pada layar masuk.
- Ingin menghapus akun — lihat halaman Hapus Akun.
